Vegan french toast 3 ways

As I said before, I love french toast, and I didn't have it for a long time. For the first few months since I became vegan, actually...
Now I have 3 recipes for it :)


First recipe:  Flax french toast 




The second recipe: Chia french toast

Ingredients:
10 g (1 tbsp) ground chia seeds
120 ml (1/2 cup) plant milk
15 g (1 tbsp, packed) unrefined brown sugar
3-4 bread slices
Optional: oil for the frying, if you don't have a nonstick pan


Method:
Mix all the ingredients until you have a thin batter. Soak briefly the bread slices on every side. Fry for about 2-3 minutes on every side.
Enjoy with the fruits or syrup of your choice.




The third recipe: Chickpea flour french toast


Ingredients:
10 g (1 tbsp) chickpea flour
120 ml (1/2 cup) plant milk
15 g (1 tbsp, packed) unrefined brown sugar
3-4 bread slices
Optional: oil for the frying, if you don't have a nonstick pan

Method:
Mix all the ingredients until you have a thin batter. Soak briefly the bread slices on every side. Fry for about 2-3 minutes on every side.
Enjoy with the fruits or syrup of your choice.
