Two delicious wraps for school or work lunch (EN/ RO)

It's almost fall, so this means that it's almost back to school season. And I remember that that was quite a nice time for me (don't judge me, I kinda was a nerd in school, though I'm happy that for now I'm done with the school), but I always had to think at what should I pack for my meals. Especially when I had longer days. And who am I kidding? When you're at work you need food too!
And if the food is something delicious, easy to make and filling, then I believe that it's perfect!
My lunch wraps definitely check all the boxes for a good school or work meal, as you need just a few minutes to make them, they are very delicious and they keep you full too! 
So you'll have 2 more options for your on the go meals after you read this! Also, you can just wrap them in tissue paper or parchment paper and just throw them in a cooler bag and you don't need the ice pack for it, it keeps well like that for at least 6 hours.
And now let's see what I came up with! 


Smoky tofu and veggies wrap 
Ingredients (for 1 wrap) (EN):
** 1 tortilla wrap (I use 25 cm (10 in) ones)
** 1/3 – 1/2 red pepper, cut into strips
** 100 g (1/2 small block) smoked tofu, cut into strips
** 1/4 – 1/3 avocado, cut into strips
** 2 lettuce leaves
** mustard

Method:
On the tortilla place your lettuce leaves so they are overlapping a bit then on the leaves place your tofu and veggies on the leaves, add a bit of mustard then wrap your lettuce leaves first then the tortilla.
Wrapping everything in lettuce leaves means that the tortilla wrap won't get soggy. And you get some greens too :)

Wrap cu tofu afumat și legume 
Ingrediente (pentru 1 wrap) (RO):
** 1 tortilla (eu folosesc din cele de 25 cm diametru)
** 1/3 - 1/2 ardei rosu, tăiat în fâșii
** 100 g tofu afumat, tăiat în fâșii
** 1/4 - 1/3 avocado, tăiat în fâșii
** 2 frunze de salată verde
** muștar

Metodă:
Pe tortilla puneți frunzele salatei se suprapun puțin, apoi pe frunze puneți hummusul și legumele, adăugați un pic de sos de tahini picant (sau alt sos de alegere), apoi înfășurați totul in frunzele de salatăapoi impachtați totulin tortilla.
Înfășurând totul în frunze de salată tortilla nu se va înmuia până când o mâncați. Și mai adăugăm ceva verde în meniu :)

** 1-2 tbsp hummus
** 2 lettuce leaves
** spicy tahini sauce (or other sauce of choice)

Method:
On the tortilla place your lettuce leaves so they are overlapping a bit then on the leaves place your hummus and veggies on the leaves, add a bit of tahini sauce (or other sauce of choice) then wrap your lettuce leaves first then the tortilla.
Wrapping everything in lettuce leaves means that the tortilla wrap won't get soggy. And you get some greens too :)

Ingrediente (pentru 1 wrap) (RO):
** 1 tortilla (eu folosesc din cele de 25 cm diametru)
** 1/3 - 1/2 ardei rosu, tăiat în fâșii subțiri
** 1 morcov mic, tăiat în fâșii
** 1/4 - 1/3 avocado, tăiat în fâșii
** 1-2 linguri de hummus
** 2 frunze de salată verde
** sos picant de tahini (sau alt sos de alegere)

Metodă:
Pe tortilla puneți frunzele salatei se suprapun puțin, apoi pe frunze puneți hummusul și legumele, adăugați un pic de sos de tahini picant (sau alt sos de alegere), apoi înfășurați totul in frunzele de salatăapoi impachtați totulin tortilla.
