Easy no bake granola bars (EN/ RO)

I used to love granola bars. And one day I looked very carefully at the ingredients list and I felt so disappointed! They were filled with sugar and oil, with not enough fiber and not actually healthy for myself. And then I started to look for healthier versions. And I found out that the best granola bars are those who are homemade.
And I stared to experiment at home. Guess what I found?
Making granola bars at home can be really easy and fun! And I only use a few simple ingredients: grain flakes, dried fruits and nuts and seeds. Maybe some cacao nibs or chocolate chips for some more flavor and deliciousness (I recommend the cacao nibs, though) :)
Also, homemade granola bars can be quite affordable and healthy not only easy to make. So really, I can only see advantages to making them at home.
Also, these particular bars hold quite well at room temperature (if it's not too hot) or in the fridge in an airtight container and they're not sticky! Maybe just a hint of stickiness, but nothing major, like most granola bars :)

Easy puff pastry recipes for brunch or snack (sweet and savory versions) (EN and RO)

I don't know about you, but when I'm in a hurry and hungry I tend to eat pastries or pies (vegan of course) if I don't pack something from home because they're easy to eat and convenient.
So I thought... Why not make some at home? Even if they're not the healthiest dessert, they're still healthier than the ones you would buy in a regular pastry shop. And I love knowing what I have in them :)
Also, they're easy to make, quite cheap and come in two versions: savory and sweet.
And they're great to make them one or two days before you need them, but the're not gonna be as crispy after 2 days... Also, you can make them smaller for a party or for a brunch, or bigger for a breakfast or a meal on the go.
Let's go to the recipe now and let me know if you make them :)

For the first time, I want to try something... I'll have the recipe in two languages... Romanian and English. Let me know what you think!
