This recipe is very easy to make (ready in less than 5 minutes if you have cooked lentils), has just a few ingredients and you can use this multiple ways: as a dip instead of regular hummus, on toast or any other kind of bread or you can use it as a sauce for pasta too! Your choice!
Ingredients:
*
400 g (1.5 cups) red lentils, cooked
*
130 g (1/2 cup) tahini
*
1 tbsp lemon juice
*
1 heaping tsp garlic powder
*
1 tsp paprika
*
1/2 tsp black pepper
*
1/2 to 1 tsp cumin
*
optional: kelp powder (1-2 measures) and salt. Skip the salt for
babies under 1 year of age
Method:
In
a food processor place all your ingredients and blend until smooth.
If you need it to be a thinner consistency, you can add some cold
water (1-2 tbsp).
Serve
on toast, as a dip for veggies or chips or you can make a sauce for
pasta. Your choice:)
NOTE: For small babies who don't know how to thoroughly chew their food peel the cucumber and don't give whole edamame or other whole similar foods. Mash or blend them first.

Ingrediente:
*
400 g (1,5 căni) linte rosie, fiartă
*
130 g (1/2 cană) tahini
*
1 lingura suc de lamaie
*
1 linguriță cu vârf usturoi granulat
*
1 lingurita paprika
*
1/2 linguriță de piper negru măcinat
*
1/2 până la 1 lingurita de chimion
*
opțional: pudră de kelp (1-2 măsuri) și sare. Nu folosiți sare
pentru copiii sub 1 an
